Admissions and onboarding were slow, manual, and often confusing. Applicants didn’t always know what to do next, and HR teams dealt with incomplete submissions, back-and-forth communication, and limited visibility into status and progress.
FreePass is a mobile and web app designed to simplify admissions and onboarding for both companies and candidates. It helps applicants submit documents, complete steps, and track progress with less friction, while giving HR teams a more structured way to collect, review, and manage information.
As a Product Designer / UI Specialist, I was part of an Accenture squad embedded with Vivo, partnering closely with a UX-focused designer (Carmen de Andrade) and collaborating with Product, Engineering, UX Writing and Stakeholders.

I worked as a Product Designer alongside Leonardo Botelho and José Silva. As a tight, highly collaborative team, we owned FreePass end to end while also supporting two additional products from the same company.
