Modernizing the brand & improving conversion with a CMS driven website.

OVERVIEW

Bitboundaire is a modern tech consulting company focused on building and scaling software and AI solutions. The website redesign refreshed the visual identity, tightened the story, and improved how services and proof points are presented, with fluid motion throughout the experience. The sitemap remained largely the same, but every page was redesigned.

The previous website did not reflect the level of the team’s work and made it difficult to communicate value quickly. Service offerings and proof were not as clear or scannable as they could be and updating content depended on manual effort and limited autonomy for the team.

As a Product Designer / UI Specialist, I was part of an Accenture squad embedded with Vivo, partnering closely with a UX-focused designer (Carmen de Andrade) and collaborating with Product, Engineering, UX Writing and Stakeholders.

what i did

what i did

  • Discovery & Benchmark — Audited the existing website and aligned on goals, tone, and concept with stakeholders.

  • Wireframing — Produced and iterated on wireframes to validate layout, hierarchy, and page structure.

  • Design System — Created a modern UI system with rules for typography, spacing, color, and responsive behavior.

  • UI Design — Designed the full set of page interfaces, with web and mobile versions to support engineering.

  • Animations — Added motion direction and fluid animations to improve perceived quality and engagement.

  • UX Writing — Collaborated with Brandon Wan ton the English copy, then translated it to Portuguese (PT-BR).

  • Engineering Support — Partnered closely with engineering to ship the final site and ensure design quality in production.

  • Website Migration — Led the migration from WordPress to a CMS-driven platform to enable autonomous content updates, then migrated all content to the new website.

solution & impact

solution & impact

I designed and shipped a modern, conversion-focused website that makes Bitboundaire’s value clear in seconds, builds trust quickly, and guides users toward getting in touch.

To support day-to-day updates, I led the migration from WordPress to a CMS-driven setup, so the team can publish and maintain content autonomously without relying on engineering, reducing ongoing maintenance costs.

Because Bitboundaire operates in both markets, I delivered the full experience in English and Portuguese (PT-BR), keeping the messaging consistent while adapting tone and phrasing for each audience.

On the content side, I strengthened service positioning with a clearer narrative and stronger proof: case studies, testimonials, and credibility signals placed where users need reassurance most.

Visually, I created a cohesive UI system with reusable components and patterns, so every page feels consistent and scalable over time.
